Shipping policy

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.

SHIPPING COST

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $200 USD.
For orders under $200 USD, shipping costs  for all countries and will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

DELIVERY TIME

 

On very rare occasions, international deliveries may take up to 3–4 weeks due to customs clearance or local postal delays.
OneMat is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local carriers, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

TAXES & DUTIES

All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility. [COMPANY] does not have any control over these fees and is not responsible for fee reimbursements. 

PACKAGE SAFETY & LIABILITY

All shipped orders become the responsibility of the shipping courier. In the rare event that your package is lost, please contact the courier to open an investigation and a resolution. OneMat may offer a complimentary replacement shipment. Refunds do not apply to lost orders.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. Please write to us immediately at support@onemat.world to see if we're able to make any adjustments to your order. If the order hasn't been shipped out, we would be more than happy to correct the shipping address for you. If your order has already been processed and shipped, it is your responsibility to retrieve the package from the address it is being shipped to.
